Evgeny Utkin, M.Sc. in Mathematics, Ph.D. in Economics, worked as a researcher at Moscow State University and he has been a manager for intergovernmental and international companies (Eutelsat and Ericsson). Now he is a journalist, correspondent from Milan for Expert Magazine (the major economical and political weekly in CIS, with editions in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan).
He writes also for La Stampa, Panorama, Economy. He participates at CNBC, Rai and Radio24 transmissions commenting Russian economical and political life.
