Janko Petrovec is a producer and presenter for the Slovene Radio.
After graduating from the UWC of the Adriatic, Janko did some volunteer work in the Republic of South Africa. He attended the Theatre, Radio, Cinema and Television Academy of Ljubljana. From 1998 to 2008 he was part of the cast at the Slovene Theatre “Teatro Stabile Sloveno” of Trieste (Italy) where he received important prizes: the most important being at the “Borštnikovo Srečanje Festival” in 2008.
He has also collaborated with some Italian, Slovene and international theatres; he appeared in several television series and participated as a moderator in many literary meetings; he presented radio and television programs on the RAI (Italian Radio-Television) of Trieste and on the Slovene RTV (Radio-Television).
