 | Welcome to the new UWC Adriatic website, a project realized entirely by a volunteer group of dedicated staff and students who wanted to bring our website into the 21st century. |
You will notice immediately that the website is more dynamic and includes much more information on the student experience and College events. Students have offered their photos, articles, profiles and more as part of a college service team that has been working since September to realize this project. This ‘Public Relations’ group will continue to be responsible for content and maintaining the site in the weeks and months to come. The newly created ‘Graduates’ section will highlight different graduate profiles in an attempt to illustrate the impact the experience of attending the college had on their lives and their future university and career choices. We hope more graduates will be inspired by these stories to share their own. We also highlight the College’s outreach programme and international projects in the ‘Projects’ section of the website. Learn how we are trying to put the UWC mission into action to make education a force to unite people, nations and cultures through our efforts in these areas. Finally, we hope that in visiting our new website you will be inspired to donate towards our ongoing efforts to bring students of promise and potential together to live the UWC Adriatic experience. Donations can be made on line through Just Giving, Paypal or Credit Card. We are committed through our website to celebrate our donor partners and to underscore what a difference they are making. We hope you enjoy your visit to the site and will return to it regularly.
