Cycling 400 km for more than one reason
-An idea that is slowly, but surely becoming reality-
We are 8 UWCAD students who will cycle 400 km along the Adriatic coast from 19th to 25th February for a sustainable future.
We started this project so that we could raise awareness and demonstrate, in a concrete and tangible way, our commitment to this mission.
From that, we decided on a bike ride as the best way to promote our college and sustainability. We worked closely with the College's Sustainability Group and decided that the installation of Eco-showers in our residences was the best project to connect sustainability with everyday life at the College.
We are trying to raise £2,000 in order to purchase these Eco-showers.
If we reach our fundraising goal, we will be able to install new Eco-showers in two residences. We will need your help to get there!
