A College on the Adriatic Sea spread out across the village of Duino at the cultural crossroad of Italian, Slovene and Austrian heritage
In Duino you are very unlikely to feel that you are “out of the world”. You will appreciate being part of an international and English-speaking college in a peaceful Italian village. You will meet people from all over the world and see how another culture works and lives on a daily basis. But bear in mind that we are GUESTS in this village and while this will become your “home”, it is the local inhabitants’ home as well. It will be the small things that you do which will shape this relationship: taking an interest in the needs of the community, dedicating yourself to social service, or even just greeting the locals. All of these will affect your experience at the College and the way Duino and its neighbours will view you and the College for years to come.
THE VILLAGE WE LIVE IN: DUINO (Lat. Nord 45,77336027710779 - Long. Est 13,604475259780884)

The village is located between two cities (Monfalcone and Trieste) which are easily accessible thanks to an efficient bus service. The village has several small shops for daily needs but these larger cities offer a much wider variety and lower prices. There are many interesting places reflecting the beautiful nature and historical heritage of Italy in the vicinity, such as Venice, Padova, Trieste, Aquileia and Grado.
