Global Inclusion is an annual event dedicated to the full realisation of the principles of Article 3 of the Italian Constitution (“All citizens have equal social dignity and are equal before the law, without distinction of sex, race, language, religion, political opinion, personal and social conditions), both in the workplace and throughout the country. The 2022 edition was held in Milan, on Tuesday, 29 November, and started from our College in Duino.
We are deeply honoured to be featured so prominently in an event that promotes a culture of equality and celebrates the unique humanity of every in dividual through the words of our Rettore, Khalid El-Metaal and those of our students, showing how the UWC educational model values diversity and supports young people from around the world to fully achieve their extraordinary potential.
The event, organised in collaboration with Il Sole 24 Ore, was awarded the Medal of the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella in 2020 and 2021.
