In 2022-24 UWC Adriatic is celebrating its 40th Anniversary. To honour this milestone, among other celebrations, on Saturday 30 September we are hosting a number of unique events in the historic city of Venice, where our students will have the opportunity to visit “La Biennale Architettura 2023”.

A private screening for friends of UWC Adriatic of Duino, a new feature film written and directed by UWC Adriatic alumnus Juan Pablo Di Pace (UWCAD 1997-1999) and co-directed by Andrés Pepe Estrada (Golden Globe & Venice Film Critics’ Prize winner for ARGENTINA 1985).
Due to space restrictions, there are only a limited number of places available. The cost contribution is €50 per person.

During the evening of 30 September, the UWC Stock Weinberg – Edward Sutcliffe Foundation is hosting a fundraising Gala Dinner in the Procuratie Vecchie in Piazza San Marco. The celebratory dinner will inaugurate and raise funds for the UWC Adriatic Endowment Fund and is an opportunity for the College to attract new supporters who are not aware of the UWC movement and mission. The UWC Adriatic Endowment Fund shall provide a legacy for the College to ensure annual scholarships and financial security for generations to come.
