On Thursday 22 June in Milan Fondazione Bracco presented the results of progettoDiventerò, a multidisciplinary educational programme within the framework of which our student Federica Jin Zhou received a scholarship to attend UWC Adriatic in 2021-2023. The ceremony – dedicated to the theme Stories of the Future, provided an interesting opportunity for reflection on future career paths with experts, institutional representatives and the Diventerò scholars.
The President of the Bracco Foundation, Diana Bracco, opened the event by describing the Diventerò project and its vision, followed by Maria Pia Abbracchio, Deputy Dean of the Università Statale di Milano, who emphasised the instrumental role education has to play in creating communities, cultivating critical thinking, and guaranteeing freedom of expression. Federica and the other Diventerò scholars also delivered inspirational and engaging testimonies about their individual educational experiences.
