Remuneration, fees, or compensation pursuant to Article 14 of the Third Sector Code

Pursuant to Article 20 of the College’s Statute, the positions of President, Vice President, member of the Management Board, and member of the Steering Committee are held on a voluntary basis without compensation.

The Rettore’s salary, as a top-level employee of the institution, was:
Khalid El-Metaal: €115,023

As established by the resolution of the Board of Statutory Auditors on 29 November 2019, the President of the Board of Statutory Auditors is entitled to an annual remuneration of €2,000, while each member of the Board of Statutory Auditors shall receive an annual remuneration of €1,000.

Pursuant to Article 20 of the College’s Statute, the positions of President, Vice President, member of the Management Board, and member of the Steering Committee are held on a voluntary basis without compensation.

The Rettore’s salary, as a top-level employee of the institution, was:
Khalid El-Metaal: €113,244

As established by the resolution of the Board of Statutory Auditors on 29 November 2019, the President of the Board of Statutory Auditors is entitled to an annual remuneration of €2,000, while each member of the Board of Statutory Auditors shall receive an annual remuneration of €1,000.

The data for the 2025 calendar year will be published in January 2026.

Pursuant to Article 20 of the College’s Statute, the positions of President, Vice President, member of the Management Board, and member of the Steering Committee are held on a voluntary basis without compensation.

Pursuant to Article 20 of the Articles of Association of the Board of Statutory Auditors, the offices of President, Vice President, member of the Management Board and member of the Steering Committee are held free of charge.

The salary of the Rettore, a senior employee of the Entity was:
William Turner Euro 65,335.54
Khalid El-Metaal Euro 46,668.24

Pursuant to Article 20 of the Articles of Association of the Board of Statutory Auditors, the offices of President, Vice President, member of the Management Board and member of the Steering Committee are held free of charge.

The salary of the Rettore, William Turner, a senior employee of the Entity, was Euro 116,880

As established by the resolution of the Board of Statutory Auditors on 29 November 2019, the President of the Board of Statutory Auditors is entitled to an annual remuneration of €2,000, while each member of the Board of Statutory Auditors shall receive an annual remuneration of €1,000.

Pursuant to Article 20 of the Articles of Association of the Board of Statutory Auditors, the offices of President, Vice President, member of the Management Board and member of the Steering Committee are held free of charge.
The members of the Board of Auditors did not receive any remuneration.

The salary of the Rector, William Turner, a senior employee of the Entity, was Euro 108,477
