Selection of economic operators from the eAppalti FVG platform registry
The Collegio del Mondo Unito dell’Adriatico ETS announces its intention to select, subject to any different decision by the Project’s sole responsible person, the economic operators to be invited to procedures below the community relevance threshold, pursuant to Article 50 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 and subsequent amendments, as well as to the procedures referred to in Articles 1 and 2, paragraphs 3 and 4 of Law Decree 16 July 2020 no. 76, converted into Law 120/2020.
This will be done from the registry of economic operators of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, accessible in the “Services for economic operators” section of the regional eProcurement system eAppalti FVG, under the “Registration to the portal” section. This is in accordance with the binding directives of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, as defined in a circular available at this link, and the principles outlined in ANAC Guideline No. 4 (“Procedures for the awarding of public contracts below the community relevance thresholds, market surveys, and formation and management of economic operators’ lists”), implementing Legislative Decree 50/2016 (later replaced by Legislative Decree 36/2023, where still applicable), respecting the rotation of invitations and the provisions of Article 1, paragraph 2, letter b) of Law Decree 76/2020.
Registration is free and allows economic operators to be invited to electronic procedures initiated by affiliated contracting authorities using the registry.
